Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I am Jules Brooks and I am the owner of Fitness 50 and I believe in finding the passion within everyone for fitness, no matter what boundaries you may be facing; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

Amazing personal trainer, class teacher and such an inspiration. I have been going to Julie's personal training and boxfit classes for well over a year and a half and it's the best thing I ever did.
