Fitness for Everyone
Personal training sessions are dedicated to one on one work - with you at the centre. I work with you to create a personal and unique program that is suited for your needs and works towards sustainable and achievable fitness goals. The programs we develop between trainer and client will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.
Group training is for two clients to work at the time same on the same programme and is available at a reduced cost to the personal training. This is a popular trend in the fitness world today, with clients that are looking for personal support in their training. Whether it’s losing weight, gaining confidence, improving health or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great. You and your fitness partner will see an improvement in your performance in no time.
I run two weekly fitness classes that are designed for different abilities. BOXFIT is every Tuesday and BLISS is timetabled for every Thursday. For a full run down of information on the classes, please check out my fitness class page.
